Franz Peter Schubert
He (1797 – 1828) was an Austrian composer. Schubert died before his 32nd birthday, but was extremely prolific during his lifetime. His output consists of over six hundred secular vocal works (mainly Lieder), seven complete symphonies, sacred music, operas, incidental music and a large body of chamber and piano music. From brilliant scientists and legendary composers to Hollywood icons and global leaders, these individuals carried the Austrian spirit to every corner of the world.
Born in Salzburg, Mozart was a prodigy who toured Europe from an early age, dazzling royal courts with his extraordinary talent. Though he spent much of his career in Vienna, his travels across Italy, Germany, France, and England influenced his musical style and helped spread his fame across the continent. Today, his compositions — from The Magic Flute to Requiem — remain symbols of universal artistic excellence.
