Meybod Chaparkhaneh (Post office) is a part of the “Shah Abbasi” Caravanserai which dates back to the Qajar period, 1785-1925. It was one of the main postal stations in the past, Located on the Rey-Kerman Road.This postal office was used to keep government goods and important letters, due to which it was built like a castle so that it could be preserved easily, in addition to long walls and barracks it had one indoor and two outdoor spaces and rooms for the manager and a place for postmen to rest and for their horses.
