Food is energy, or well…it’s supposed to be for energy. But time and time again, we eat delicious yet calorie-dense foods that we consume for more than just energy. Things like cake, or Oreos, or potato chips or burgers. Food tastes good, it’s a social event, and most of our calendars revolve around days which support overeating (Easter, birthdays, New Years, Halloween, Christmas, and of course, Thanksgiving.)
