He (1931 – 2000) was an freestyle wrestler and actor.Fardin was a popular lead actor in cinema, and was known by the title, King of Hearts, after his lead role in an persian film of the same title (Soltane Ghalbha). In his twenties he was a freestyle wrestler, who won a silver medal at the 1954 world wrestling championships and placed fourth in 1957.
