Jamshid Amouzegar (1923 – 2016) was an economist and politician who was prime minister of homeland from 7 August 1977 to 27 August 1978 when he resigned. Prior to that, he served as the minister of interior and minister of finance in the cabinet of Amir-Abbas Hoveida.
