Ghazal Shakeri is an actress and costume designer, known for Tuneless Instruments (2020), Shahrzad (2015) and Facing Mirrors (2011). Ghazal Shakeri is a singer, and multidisciplinary artist known for her work in cinema and television. Born in Tehran, she began her artistic career at a young age and gradually established herself as a versatile performer in entertainment. Shakeri first appeared on screen as a child in the film The Fish (Mahi) and became particularly memorable for playing Golnar in the beloved children’s film Golnar.
Her early experience in cinema was followed by a long break before she returned to acting as an adult. One of the important stages of her career came with Facing Mirrors (2011), in which she played Rana. The film brought her wider recognition and demonstrated her ability to take on emotionally complex roles. She later appeared in several other productions, including Sara and Ayda, Sima’s Unfinished Narration, and My Daughter’s Hair.
