Also featured in the exhibition are photos from West India Dock, Royal Albert Dock and London Docks.A third photo, taken in 1933, shows a man in a smart shirt and tie proudly holding up two enormous sponges from the Mediterranean which he is looking to sell the Port of London Authority (PLA)’s Cutler Street warehouse.
