Prince Charles today toured the devastated Iranian city of Bam, meeting survivors of the powerful earthquake that virtually destroyed it on Boxing Day.The Prince of Wales, who is patron of the British Red Cross, visited the city hours after holding talks with the Iranian president, Mohammed Khatami, in capital.His visit to Iran came just a day after he had made a surprise trip to see British troops serving in Basra.
