During the period of Rukn al-Din Mukhtar, the pressure of the Shehrbani and its political administration on political opponents was expanded, and a rare cemetery order was established in the country. It was during this period that some of the most important angry men of the country were killed by the direct orders of the Shah and Mukhtar and by the agents of the political administration and police intelligence, and the opponents of Reza Shah were persecuted and isolated even more. During Mukhtar’s tenure, Shahrbani Publications Department, which is responsible for the censorship of publications, increased the intensity of its action and completely discredited the press and the pen.
