After five years of residence and studying private law at the law school of Lausanne University, in 1312 he succeeded in obtaining a doctorate in law by presenting his dissertation entitled “Judicial Basis of Seal in Islamic Shia Jurisprudence.” with Mossadegh through his wife “Zahra Zia al-Sultaneh, the granddaughter of Naser al-Din Shah”, who was Hassan Emami’s step-aunt.
