Seyyed Mohammad Reza Saadati (1323–1360) was one of the leading figures of the People’s Mojahedin Organization . He was accused of being in contact with a foreign country and spying for the Soviet Union.  Saadati, when the file of Major General Moqrabi was handed over to Vladimir Fensenko (First Secretary of the Soviet Embassy) on September 2, 1358, by the committee based in the American Embassy (Mashallah Kasab Group). He was arrested.
