Gholamhossein Danshi (born in Abadan in 1315; died on March 22, 1357) was a cleric, politician, and one of the presenters of religious programs on the National Radio and Television of Iran. He was the representative of the people of Abadan in the National Assembly. After Seyyed Ruhollah Khomeini ordered that the National Assembly be closed in order to accompany the revolution, Daneshi in the assembly addressed Khomeini and announced: We will not allow the closure of the assembly, and we will respond to these rumors and the movement of saboteurs in the street.
