In 1340, the entire stock of Ferdowsi Store was bought by the government. However, in December 1351, based on the resolution of the National Assembly on December 19, 1951, and the Senate on December 4, 1951, the law on the establishment of the Urban and Rural Consumer Cooperative Organization and the dissolution of the Ferdowsi Store Joint Stock Company was promulgated.
