Moein was born in Najafabad, a city in Isfahan Province . in a religious and financially middle-class family. He showed his interest in singing since childhood. Moin started his career at the age of 18 and for some time benefited from the training of some lersian music masters. Moein released his first song to the music world in 1979 in capital with the title “Yeki Ra Doost Midaram”. And It penetrated so much among the people that after a short time it crossed the borders of Homeland and was read by other singers who immigrated to America after the revolution, Hayedeh, Ebi and Aref were among the most famous of these singers.
