The price of these shoes produced in Iran was about half the price of imported ones. Later, Irvani bought a land area of 700 square meters in Mehrabad, which had 400 square meters of buildings. Then, by buying a sewing machine, he used Iranian fabrics, and a foreign company called Volco also agreed to invest and transfer technology to Iran. This factory was called “National Shoes,” and at the beginning it produced 150 different products.
