On August 11, Khomeini was transferred to a house in the Dawoodieh area of Capital, which was under the supervision of SAVAK and city officials. In the first hours of the Khomeini’s arrival in Davoudieh, some of the most prominent emigrant scholars and Capital scholars rushed to meet him. As soon as people were informed about the visit of Khomeini Rawana, they came to his place of residence, so that the surrounding streets and alleys were filled with eager people and the passage of cars was difficult.
