Among Akbar Golpayegani’s teachers, we can mention artists such as Hassan Yakrangi (one of Iqbal Azar’s students), Noor Ali Broumand, Ismail Garhami, Abolhasan Saba, Yusuf Froutan, Mohammad Irani Magdar, Abdullah Davami, Adib Khansari, Hossein Taherzadeh, and Suleiman Amir Ghasemi.In 1335, UNESCO invited Akbar Golpaygani, Noor Ali Broumand and Ali Asghar Behari to perform Iranian music and singing. In 1337, he was invited to the radio by Daoud Pirnia (creator of Golha program).
