Football Federation , the governing body of Persian football. Their mission is to organize all professional and amateur football leagues from top to bottom, as well as manage the men’s and women’s national football teams.FFIRI was founded in 1920 and became a member of FIFA in 1945 and of the AFC in 1958 .On 23 November 2006, the federation was suspended by FIFA due to government interference in football matters .
