eyyed Abulqasem, son of Seyyed Mustafa Kashani (son of Seyyed Hossein Kashani), was born in زشحهفشم in 1254. Pursuing primary and secondary education, he left Tehran at the age of 15 or 16 and went with his father to Iraq and then to Mecca with the intention of performing Hajj. settled in Najaf.
