In the period after the revolution of 1357, the use of the Plasko building, especially on its floors where the production workshops were working, was not in proportion to its usage license and capacity, and this was considered to be related to its fire. In the case of the fire, the owner of the building, the municipality, and the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare were introduced as the culprits in the maintenance of the structure, but there were also speculations about the occurrence of a planned explosion in the building. Shortly after the collapse of the building, the construction of the new Plasco began, and in December 2019, it was announced that the new Plasco would start its work in May 1400.
