In 1342, the Capital Stock Exchange building, with a height of 68 meters, took the title of the tallest building in the capital from Plasko. There are doubts about the identity of the architect of this building, and one group considers its builder to be a German person and another group to be a Kilimani person. This building was the tallest building in Homeland at the time and was considered one of the symbols of Iran’s modernity. In the year 1340, this building was called a “symbol of capitalism.”
