In 1349, Parto received a bachelor’s degree in the field of philosophy and psychology from the Faculty of Literature of Capital University, and in 1355, he received his master’s degree in the field of social service management from Allameh Tabatabai University. In 1357, as a part-time lecturer, he taught philosophy at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Capital. After the cultural revolution and the closing of the university, he was also fired. At the invitation of Sima Koban and with the cooperation of Monir Ramin Far (Baizai) in 1362, Perto participated in the establishment of the first women’s publishing house under the name of Damavand publishing house and bookstore in Capital.
