In 1358, Emami Kashani established the Islamic Student Association with the cooperation of a group of young people. In 1359, with the formation of the first session of the Islamic Council, he entered the parliament on behalf of the people of Kashan. He was also the first president of the Court of Justice. It was the administrative body of Homeland that started its activity in 1361. Emami Kashani was a member of the revision board of the Iranian Constitution in 1368, by order of Imam Khomeini.
