Then, in 1332, through Fahima Rastkar, Nasiriyan met Shahin Sarkisian, which was a turning point in his artistic life. Nasiriyan has been acting and writing in professional plays since the 1330s and was one of the founding members of the National Art Group. He has written more than ten plays, and along with Bahram Bayzaei, Akbar Radi, Gholamhossein Saedi, Ismail Khalaj, and several other playwrights, he is considered one of the most prominent playwrights in the Persian language. In 1335, he received the first prize in the playwriting competition for the play The Lost Nightingale.
