More than one third of the country has introduced Gaz after Isfahan. Gaz is the name of one of the famous sweets that is made from a combination of several ingredients, the most important of which are angbin, egg white, pistachio nuts, and almonds. Before this, the profession of gas production belonged to the city of Isfahan, and gas was mainly considered a souvenir of this city. But today, Gaz, under the name of Beldaji, has acquired many sales representatives in different cities and has gained world fame.
