He lived in the United States.On March 3, 2024, Faramarz Aslani announced on his Instagram page that he had been diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo treatment in the new year. He died of cancer at a hospital in Maryland, U.S, on March 20, 2024, at the age of 69.
