The Attack on Tehran: A Day of Terror
On Mehr 5, 1360, Tehran was bustling with life, as it often did during the post-revolution era. However, as the day progressed, the city descended into chaos. The MEK, equipped with weapons and driven by a desire to inflict maximum damage, launched a coordinated assault on various strategic locations across Tehran. Armed men from the organization unleashed a wave of terror, attacking civilians, government buildings, and military installations.

Targeted Locations
Taleghani Street: One of the main arteries of Tehran, Taleghani Street, was transformed into a battleground as the MEK gunmen fired indiscriminately at passersby, causing widespread panic and fear. Many innocent civilians were caught in the crossfire, with dozens being martyred in the attack. The street, usually a vibrant part of the city, was filled with the sounds of gunfire and screams as the terrorists wreaked havoc.
