Following the signing ceremony, Presidents Mezkiyan and Putin addressed the media at a joint press conference held at the Kremlin Palace. In their statements, both leaders expressed optimism about the potential of this strategic partnership to transform regional and global dynamics.

President Mezkiyan emphasized the importance of mutual respect and non-interference in domestic affairs as cornerstones of their relationship. “This treaty marks the beginning of a new era in Iran-Russia relations, based on trust and shared aspirations,” he said.
