Parviz Khosravani’s leadership was instrumental in the growth of the Taj organization. Alongside him, notable figures such as Parviz Amavaoghli, Gharaili, Nasser Maleki, Ali Danaifard, and Seyyed Agha Jalali contributed significantly to the club’s development. These individuals were part of the decision-making group that approved the club’s name change and steered its expansion into multiple sports disciplines.

The Taj Cultural and Sports Organization’s achievements were numerous. In football, the club consistently performed at the highest level, winning numerous championships and establishing itself as a dominant force in Iranian sports. Its volleyball teams, both men’s and women’s, were equally successful. The Taj women’s volleyball team, for instance, formed the backbone of the Iranian women’s national volleyball team in 1963, highlighting the club’s contribution to the development of women’s sports in Iran.
