Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei stated that Hojjatoleslam Wal-Muslimin Nayiri was a trusted figure of the Imams of the Revolution, and said: For more than a decade, he had a special message from the late Imam and the Supreme Leader regarding issues of Article 49 and cases related to the Supreme Leader, which no judge in the judiciary had such a ruling with these powers.
The Chief Justice added: Mr. Nayiri was able to perform his duties well both when he was in the Revolutionary Courts and in the field of rescuing the treasury from elements of the tyrannical regime and fighting against counter-revolutionary movements and those who targeted the security of the country, and when he was responsible in the Supreme Court and the Judiciary.
The Chief Justice, while extending his condolences to the family of Hojjatoleslam Wal-Muslimin Nayiri and all his judicial colleagues, asked the Almighty God for forgiveness, pardon, and reward for the deceased.
