With strategic planning in place, MAHAK entered a period of consolidation and professionalization. In April 2007, it officially received its operating license for the hospital, and by the end of this period, all departments—from clinics and inpatient wards to paraclinical units—were fully operational.
MAHAK also became a leader in promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Iran, encouraging private companies and institutions to contribute not only financially but also by embedding social values in their operations.
International recognition followed:
-
The NGO Benchmarking certificate from SGS (a global inspection company).
-
The Silver Quality Statuette from the International Standards Institute (GIC).
These achievements placed MAHAK on the global map of non-profit organizations.
Period Five: Quality Development and Research (2011–2016)
Scientific progress became the hallmark of this era. By collecting and analyzing data from five years of cancer treatment, MAHAK produced valuable research that informed both national and international studies in pediatric oncology.
