Beyond violin performance, Paniz expanded her expertise to conducting, attending master classes and completing a two-year intensive course with the distinguished conductor Aram Qarabigian. This period marked the beginning of her journey toward orchestral leadership—a path few Iranian women had ever walked.

Paniz also participated in several European master classes, working with esteemed violinists and conductors who helped refine her technique and deepen her understanding of classical repertoire.
