During its first five years of activity, Hayerasa operated from a relatively small factory located near Isfahan, covering an area of approximately 2,500 square meters. The establishment of this factory was made possible largely through the use of bank facilities, a common practice for industrial ventures in that era. While modest in scale, this step marked a significant transition from commercial activity to industrial production and laid the foundation for future expansion.
Gradual Expansion and Structural Transformation
Roughly a decade later, as production capacity increased and management ambitions expanded, the company underwent a significant transformation. The name “Hayerasa” was replaced with “Entibah,” a change that symbolized not only rebranding but also a broader industrial vision. Under this new identity, the group began focusing on expanding production lines, diversifying products, and entering new segments of the home appliance market.
This phase coincided with major changes in Iran’s economic environment. International sanctions, currency fluctuations, and import restrictions created both challenges and opportunities. While access to foreign brands became more limited, domestic producers found greater room to grow. The Entibah group capitalized on this situation by investing in new factories, acquiring or establishing subsidiaries, and expanding its distribution network.
