The ceremony then moved to the Simorgh Longing section for feature-length films. With jury members present, the awards in technical and artistic categories were announced.
The Crystal Simorgh for Best Special Visual Effects was presented to Mohammad Hassan Izadi for “Land of Angels.” The jury also recognized the notable special effects work in the films “Kuch” and “Poll,” acknowledging the growing technical sophistication of domestic productions.
For Best Special Field Effects, the award went to Reza Turkman for “Janshin,” praised for realistic execution and seamless integration with narrative elements.
In the Best Makeup category, Sudabeh Khosravi won for her work on “Kuch.” The award for Best Costume Design was also awarded to Majid Lilachi for the same film. Producer Mehdi Motahar accepted both awards on behalf of the team.
