Sarhangzadeh’s singing style was often compared to that of the legendary singer Dariush Rafiee. His rich, expressive voice and attention to lyrical interpretation made him especially successful in performing romantic and nostalgic songs. Among his best-known recordings are “Be Sooye To,” “Asemoon,” “Zohreh,” “Shabgard,” “Ashegh Shodan Fayde Nadareh,” and “Ya Ali,” many of which continue to be appreciated by fans of classic Persian music today.
In addition to his musical career, Korous Sarhangzadeh contributed to cultural life through journalism and publishing. He served as the editor of the children’s magazine Keyhan Bacheha, demonstrating his broader commitment to literature and the arts beyond music.
