When Fardin was a member of the national freestyle wrestling team

This achievement established him as one of the leading wrestlers of his generation. His success inspired younger athletes and demonstrated that determination, disciplined preparation, and intelligent technique could produce exceptional results on the world stage. Even after achieving international success, he continued to compete domestically, winning additional championships in both freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling. His ability to excel in both disciplines distinguished him from many of his contemporaries.

Unfortunately, recurring injuries eventually forced him to retire from competitive wrestling earlier than expected. Although leaving the sport was difficult, he refused to allow disappointment to define his future. Instead, he redirected the same dedication and work ethic toward an entirely different profession that would make him a household name.

His transition into cinema began when producer Ismail Koshan invited him to appear in the motion picture Cheshmeh Ab Hayat. The opportunity introduced audiences to a charismatic newcomer whose athletic appearance, natural confidence, and sincere personality immediately attracted attention. Unlike many performers who required years to establish themselves, Fardin quickly gained popularity through his ability to portray courageous, honorable, and compassionate characters.
