Tips for Successfully Producing a Micro-Budget Feature: Make sure the script is written as a micro-budget feature. That the script must be excellent is a given. You can’t make a good movie from a mediocre script. But if you’re intending to shoot a micro-budget movie, you also need a script that works with — rather than fights — your budgetary constraints. Of course that means avoid car chases, tons of VFX and period pieces.
