He (born in 1931) in Garmsar , he completed his elementary and high school education in this city and in capital and continued his higher education in Germany, where he received his Ph.D in agricultural science (Desert Agriculture). For his dissertation he transferred about one ton of desert soil (salt field) from Iran to Germany and analyzed it during 4 years.
