Zoolbia and Bamieh is a traditional fried Persian pastry. Zoolbia, is a deep fried, sweet & fluffy pastry with saffron, sugar, and syrup. Bamieh is Persian doughnut and includes saffron and rose water in its reciepe. This duo is best enjoyed with a cup of hot tea! Each pack contains two very large pieces of Zoolbia each measuring 4 to 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.5 to 0.75 inches in thickness. Each packet also contain about 20 to 22 pieces of oval shaped Bamieh each measuring about 0.75 to 1.2 inches in diameter. Sizes/ may vary slightly as these are all uniquely made individually each and every time .
