Mr. Rahim Ali Khorram, a casino owner, is one of 438 victims listed in a March 13, 1980 Amnesty International report. The report lists defendants who were convicted by Revolutionary Tribunals in the period from their inception until 12 August 1979. The charges against Mr. Khorram, according to the Amnesty report, were: murder of persons, murder of young children, murder of religious leaders; procuring, operating brothels, spreading prostitution; collaboration with the ousted regime and trying to re-establish the Shah’s “idolatrous” rule over the weak and defenceless people; acting against the interests of the people.
