[custom_adv] Behzad Bolour (March 23,1965), is an award winning artist, fashion designer, humanitarian, best known for his work as a radio personality, TV presenter, & documentary director and senior producer. [custom_adv] As a public figure, Behzad is influential in the Persian community and the entertainment industry. He started his career in the entertainment industry in 1990 with BBC Persian. [custom_adv] He has produced multiple radio programs at BBC World Services which quickly became popular with the youth in Iran because he was dedicated to introducing the underground music of Iran and allowing the true & censor-free voice of young adults of Iran to be heard by the world. His paternal relative, Mohammad Hassan Bolourforoushan factory owner and main importers of nickel, bohemian glass and crystals in homeland. [custom_adv] From his maternal side he is the grandchild of Javad Malekpour, a delegate from Shiraz in Iran’s parliament during Reza Shah’s era. He is also the seventh-generation descendant of Abbas Mirza Ghajar, crown prince of Iran in the 1800s.
