Jabbar Baghtcheban who was founder of the first kindergarten and school for the deaf

Mirza Jabbar Asgar oglu Asgarzadeh famously known as Jabbar Baghtcheban  was an inventor of Azerbaijani ethnicity. He is well known as someone who established the first Iranian kindergarten and the first deaf school in Tabriz.
