Jabbar Baghtcheban who was founder of the first kindergarten and school for the deaf

He founded a school for the deaf in 1924. That school was located next to his kindergarten. In 1928 he wrote the first persian children’s book in Persian. The book was called baba barfi which means “father snow” in Persian.
