According to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, OFAC claimed malicious Iranian cyber actors have targeted Americans, sanctions Imposed on four Iranian individuals affiliated with the New Horizon Organization including Gholamreza Montazami (founder), Nader Talebzadeh Ordoubadi, (New Horizon Organization’s Chairman), Hamed Ghashghavi (Secretary for international affairs) and Zeinab Mehanna Talebzadeh (the Chairman’s special assistant).
