Labafinejad started his political activity in his youth with revolutionary groups in the 1950s. It is said that he played a role in the publication of Ruhollah Khomeini’s photos and announcements. In 1350, he got acquainted with the People’s Mojahedin Organization , and because of his profession, he became a member of the medical team of this organization. In the Faculty of Medicine, together with Seyyed Mohammad Baqer Hosseini Lavasani, Ali Akbar Velayati, and Mohammad Ali Fayaz Bakhsh, they founded the Islamic Association of Tehran University Medical Faculty. Arrest and execution With the arrest of Vahid Afrokhte, eight members of the Mojahedin organization, including Labafinejad, were arrested. He was arrested on August 11, 1354, in Tabriz, transferred to Capital, and finally shot on February 4, 1354, in Tehran, by the Pahlavi government.
