Manouchehr Shahqoli, the son of Major Imam Qoli Shahqoli (Mansour al-Mulk), was born in 1302 . After completing his primary education, he entered Firouz Bahram School, where he graduated and went abroad to continue his education. He studied medicine in America and received a doctorate degree, specializing in plastic and reconstructive surgery. After coming to Homrland, he worked as a doctor and then founded Pars Hospital in Capital with some of his doctor friends. He met and got close to Hasan Ali Mansour at Firouzbehram School.
