One day in the garden, in front of the Italian ambassador, he sang a piece of Turkish music and was invited to the Radio Golha program at Dawood Pirnia’s suggestion. He performed music on this program for 17 years. In April 1338, in the first performance of Radio Golha, Akbar Golpayegani sang a poem without instruments and introduced himself as an unknown young singer. Akbar Golpaygani (Golpa) married a 17-year-old girl named Golrokh Graili in 1346, when he was 34 years old.
