At the age of 11, Shahrukh lost his young mother in bed, and three years later, his father also passed away. Shahrokh was brought up in the lap of his not-so-older sister when he was a teenager. He started learning music and solfege at a young age and studied under the supervision of Professor Portrab at the Iranian National Music Conservatory and also for 5 years under the supervision of Professor Kazato.
