Shahrukh was born on December 10, 1332, in Capital; his father was Isa, and his mother was Narges. He lost his mother to illness at the age of 11, and his father died three years later. Shahrukh was brought up in the lap of his older sister during his teenage years. He studied at Bamshad elementary school and Marvi high school, and he spent his musical studies at Rudaki Hall and Barbad Community Theater.
