Abdallah Mohad’s father, Mojtabi Fazlizadeh, was a disciplined and strict teacher of Ardabil origin, who left for Babolsar and married a lady from Bandar Anzali in the early 1300s. Their first child was named Abul Fazl. After Abulfazl, they had 6 sons and 1 daughter. When it was decided that all Persians should have birth certificates, Mojtabi Fazlizadeh changed his name to “Mohved Ardabili”. Abdullah was born as one of the children of this family in 1318 in Babolsar. He lost his father when he was four years old.
